1. Concluding a contract <\/strong><\/p>\n

By pressing the “Order” button, you send a binding order for the goods in the cart. The order confirmation is issued immediately after the order is sent and represents the acceptance of the contract.<\/p>\n

2. Termination instructions <\/strong><\/p>\n

Right to terminate<\/p>\n

By purchasing a workshop ticket via the webshop for an event held on a specific date and at a specific time<\/strong>, the customer expressly confirms that they are aware that, pursuant to Article 86 of the Consumer Protection Act<\/strong>, the right to unilaterally withdraw from the contract within 14 days does not apply<\/strong> to this service.<\/p>\n

This is a leisure-related service provided at a pre-determined date and time<\/strong>, and therefore the customer is not entitled to a refund after the purchase has been completed<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

In the event that the merchant cancels the workshop for justified reasons, the customer will be offered either a full refund of the amount paid<\/strong> or an alternative date<\/strong>, at the customer\u2019s choice.<\/p>\n

For the purchase of tickets via the webshop that do not have a clearly defined date and time of visit<\/strong>, you have the right to unilaterally withdraw from the contract within 14 days<\/strong>, without stating any reason.<\/p>\n

The right of withdrawal expires 14 days from the date on which you received the tickets by email containing a unique QR code<\/strong>, provided that the tickets have not been used<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (SVIJET \u010cOKOLADE d.o.o., Mali potok 4, 10000 Zagreb, e-mail: info@muzejcokolade.hr<\/a><\/strong>) of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement<\/strong> (e.g. a letter sent by post or by e-mail).<\/p>\n

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notification regarding the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires<\/strong>. In your notification, you are required to state the order number<\/strong>, invoice date<\/strong>, payment method<\/strong>, and date of payment<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Termination Effects<\/p>\n

In the event of unilateral termination of the contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date we are notified of your decision to unilaterally terminate this contract. We will refund using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any additional fees as a result of such reimbursement. We reserve the right to a refund until we receive a refund and determine the status of unused tickets.<\/p>\n

3. Shipping <\/strong><\/p>\n

Ticket orders are only delivered via email server. Each ticket has a unique QR code that is canceled at the box office of the Zagreb Chocolate Museum upon entering the Zagreb Chocolate Museum. Each ticket is only valid for a single entry to the museum.<\/p>\n

4. Funds <\/strong><\/p>\n

Payment is possible with credit cards (Diners, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Discover).<\/p>\n
