You are required to indicate in that notice the order number, the date of the invoice, the manner in which you paid for the tickets and the date of payment. <\/p>\n

Termination Effects <\/p>\n

In the event of unilateral termination of the contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date we are notified of your decision to unilaterally terminate this contract. All user data is strictly kept and is only available to employees who need this data to do the job.
