Special emphasis is placed on breast cancer, which is responsible for 25% of all malignant diseases in women. It is important to note – THE EARLY STAGE OF BREAST CANCER HAS NO VISIBLE SYMPTOMS. Early detection of breast cancer significantly contributes to successful treatment, and the first step in this fight is breast self-examination.<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Breast cancer is a serious disease, but early detection increases the chances of a full recovery. In addition to self-exams, regular mammograms are also key to early detection. Every woman over the age of 40 should have a mammogram every 2 years<\/strong>, while for those with a family history of breast cancer, an earlier start to mammograms is recommended.<\/p>\n

Breast self-examination is a simple procedure<\/strong> that every woman can perform regularly at home. This involves a careful examination of the breasts to detect any changes, lumps or other irregularities. This process should be done every month. Early detection of problems can mean the difference between successful treatment and disease progression.<\/p>\n

INSTRUCTIONS FOR BREAST SELF-EXAMINATION<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Breast self-examination is a simple and powerful tool for early detection of breast cancer. Carry out regular self-examinations.<\/p>\n

   <\/strong>Choose the same day every month. It is ideal to carry out a self-examination a few days after the end of menstruation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      <\/strong>In front of the mirror, visually inspect your breasts. Look for symmetry, changes in size or shape, redness or swelling.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

         <\/strong>Using gentle pressure, begin to gently examine the breasts with your fingers. Make circular movements with your fingers along each breast. Watch for lumps, knots or pain.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            <\/strong>Inspect your nipples, looking for any changes in texture, appearance, or discharge.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
