Here you can find important information about shopping at Svijet čokolade d.o.o.
1. Concluding a contract
By pressing the “Order” button, you send a binding order for the goods in the cart. The order confirmation is issued immediately after the order is sent and represents the acceptance of the contract.

Right to terminate
By purchasing a workshop ticket via the webshop for an event held on a specific date and at a specific time, the customer expressly confirms that they are aware that, pursuant to Article 86 of the Consumer Protection Act, the right to unilaterally withdraw from the contract within 14 days does not apply to this service.
This is a leisure-related service provided at a pre-determined date and time, and therefore the customer is not entitled to a refund after the purchase has been completed.
In the event that the merchant cancels the workshop for justified reasons, the customer will be offered either a full refund of the amount paid or an alternative date, at the customer’s choice.
For the purchase of tickets via the webshop that do not have a clearly defined date and time of visit, you have the right to unilaterally withdraw from the contract within 14 days, without stating any reason.
The right of withdrawal expires 14 days from the date on which you received the tickets by email containing a unique QR code, provided that the tickets have not been used.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (SVIJET ČOKOLADE d.o.o., Mali potok 4, 10000 Zagreb, e-mail: info@muzejcokolade.hr) of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or by e-mail).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notification regarding the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires. In your notification, you are required to state the order number, invoice date, payment method, and date of payment.
Termination Effects
In the event of unilateral termination of the contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date we are notified of your decision to unilaterally terminate this contract. We will refund using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any additional fees as a result of such reimbursement. We reserve the right to a refund until we receive a refund and determine the status of unused tickets.
3. Shipping
Ticket orders are only delivered via email server. Each ticket has a unique QR code that is canceled at the box office of the Zagreb Chocolate Museum upon entering the Zagreb Chocolate Museum. Each ticket is only valid for a single entry to the museum.
4. Funds
Payment is possible with credit cards (Diners, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Discover).

Credit card payment
During the order process, you pay the amount immediately by entering your credit card information. Upon shipment, your credit card will, after deducting the discount, coupon, etc., as the case may be, be charged the actual amount of the bill. In relation to goods made to the consumer’s specification or tailored to the consumer, there is an immediate credit card charge with the actual amount of the invoice after deducting discounts, coupons and the like.

5. WSPay Usage Statement
The Zagreb Chocolate Museum uses WSPay for online payments.
WSPay is a secure system for online payment, real-time payment, credit and debit cards, and other payment methods. WSPay provides the customer and merchant with secure registration and transfer of entered card data, which is confirmed by the PCI DSS certificate that WSPay has. WSPay uses SSL certification for 256-bit encryption and the TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest levels of protection when writing and transferring data.
6. Statement on the protection and collection of personal data and their use
www.muzejcokolade.hr undertakes to provide protection of personal data of customers, in a way that collects only the necessary, basic data on customers / users that are necessary to fulfill our obligations; informs customers about how to use the collected data, regularly gives customers a choice about the use of their data, including the ability to decide whether or not to have their name removed from the lists used for marketing campaigns. All user data is strictly kept and is only available to employees who need this data to do the job. All employees of www.muzejcokolade.hr and business partners are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.
Conversion statement, for foreign customers:
All payments will be effected in Croatian currency. The amount charged on your credit card account is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations.
7. Privacy Statement
Protection of personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council No. 2016/679-Regulation and the implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation
WSPay, as the executor of authorization and payment of credit cards, handles personal data as processor and handles personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council No. 2016/679 and the strict rules of the PCI DSS L1 regulation on the protection of data entry and transmission.
WSPay uses SSL certificate 256 bit encryption and TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest level of protection in data entry and transmission.
Personal data used for the purpose of authorization and collection, ie in the execution of obligations under the Agreement or under the Agreement, are considered confidential data.

WSPay does not process or use this personal data except for the purpose of executing the authorization and collection contract.
WSPay guarantees the fulfillment of all conditions set by the applicable regulations on personal data protection for personal data processors, and in particular all necessary technical, organizational and security measures, and this is especially confirmed by the PCI DSS L1 certificate.
8. Contract language / order text storage
The contract is concluded in Croatian. We do not store the order text and it can no longer be accessed after the order process is completed. However, you can print the order text immediately after placing your order.
